1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration and Security

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on pak939. Opening duplicate accounts is prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts along with forfeiture of any balances or winnings held in those accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. pak939 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or proof of your payment method. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. pak939 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pak939 immediately through the available support channels. We may temporarily suspend your account while any security investigation is carried out.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

All transactions on pak939 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• Debit and credit cards
• Other supported mobile wallets as listed in the cashier

Deposits must be made from payment methods that are registered in your own name. pak939 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method belonging to a different person will be returned, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. These amounts may vary by payment method and are subject to change. pak939 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside our control.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested through the cashier section of your pak939 account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible, in order to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

Before a withdrawal is processed, pak939 may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard requirement and is not a reflection on your account standing. You should ensure your verification documents are submitted promptly to avoid unnecessary delays.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are among the fastest available. Bank transfers may take additional working days depending on your bank. Withdrawal requests submitted during high-volume periods may take slightly longer to process.

pak939 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable basis to investigate the account for unusual activity, bonus abuse, or potential breach of these Terms. In such cases, we will inform you of the hold and the expected resolution timeframe where possible.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

pak939 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet promotions, and VIP-exclusive offers. Every promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be stated clearly at the time the offer is presented.

General bonus rules that apply across all pak939 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be requested.
• Bonuses are valid for the time period specified in the promotion details. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. pak939 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where bonus abuse is identified, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated betting patterns, or exploiting software errors.
• Bonuses credited to your account are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been met in full.

7 Sports Betting Rules

All Sports Betting on pak939 — including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports, and other markets — is subject to the following general betting rules in addition to any sport-specific rules displayed alongside the relevant markets.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Market movements after confirmation do not affect the odds applied to your bet.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed in the bet slip.
• pak939 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or cancel any bet at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence of match manipulation, technical error in odds display, or any other irregularity.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or interrupted, the applicable settlement rules for that sport and market type will be applied as published in the sport-specific rules section.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time during a match. Any bets placed before a suspension was triggered will stand unless there is clear evidence that the player had access to information that was not yet reflected in the odds.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account balance promptly after official result confirmation.

For Cricket and PSL specifically, pak939 publishes detailed market settlement rules covering standard formats including T20, ODI, and Test matches. Players are encouraged to review these before placing bets on longer-format markets.

8 Casino, Slots and Game Lobby Rules

Games available in the pak939 Casino, Slots section, and Game Lobby are provided by third-party game developers. Each game operates according to its own published rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and paytable, which are accessible within the game interface.

9 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak939. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to obtain an unfair advantage.

• Colluding with other players or external parties to manipulate bet outcomes.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

pak939 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if we reasonably believe a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. In cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation, pak939 may withhold the account balance pending investigation.

If you wish to close your own account voluntarily, you may do so through your account settings or by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements being met.

Self-exclusion is also available as a responsible gaming measure. If you request self-exclusion, your account will be suspended for the duration you specify and you will be prevented from re-registering during that period. See Section 11 for more detail.
